Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. To cancel a contract please contact us by email only within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please then write "CANCEL CONTRACT" on the back of the invoice and return with your item. Consumers are required to pay the cost of returning the items to us at our current business address (found in "CONTACT US" section). Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.
You consumer rights allow you to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after the goods have been received. If you have not received your goods but wish to cancel you must refuse any parcels which are sent to you. If you received free delivery for your order and cancel part of the order then your refund will be issued for the goods returned only.
Refunds
All refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
Return of Goods (Faulty or otherwise)
If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost. We will ask you to place the faulty goods in the envelope with which the correct goods arrived, seal the envelope and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the parcel, drop it in any post box.
If you wish to return any products after 7 days of receiving your parcel you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the items. You may be required to pay for the postage charge for the replacement goods.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging is free for orders delivered to mainland UK. There will be a small charge for orders to the EU and worldwide. All goods are dispatched by Recorded Delivery and will normally be sent out within 2 days of order, where possible goods ordered before 12 noon (GMT) will be sent out the same day.
