You can have any item purchased on the site, sent to a different address.  All goods are sent out 2nd class recorded delivery, beautifully gift wrapped in organza drawstring gift bags.   The packet will have to be signed for upon delivery, if this is not convenient, please advise prior to posting, where first of second class postage can be agreed at no extra charge.

All orders are sent out 2nd class recorded delivery.   If you do not wish to use this service, please advise at time of posting, where normal 1st or 2nd class postage can be agreed.  Customers must accept full liability, in the unlikely event that the goods go missing in the post.  Floralbank will always obtain a receipt for packets handed over to the Post Office.

All items on my website are individually designed and hand made by Floralbank Design of Carnoustie, using the highest quality materials available.   Each design is unique to Floralbank, although many designs may be available in different colours.

All designs are unique and individually designed by Floralbank.  If you like a particular design, but not the colour, please get in touch with me, where I will be happy to discuss your requirements, whether it be colour/length etc and I will, where possible, be delighted to offer you a bespoke service at no extra charge. 

Please note, where precious metals are requested ie sterling silver or gold, a small additional charge may be necessary.   No obligation quotes available.

Most of the designs are made using the highest quality silver plate or gold plate.   I will happily change all clasps, earrings and chains to sterling silver or gold, if desired.   I will be pleased to supply a 'no obligation' quote for any additional costs for the materials, and contact you for your consideration.

While internet buying is by far the easiest means of browsing and buying for these last minute gifts, seeing an item in front of you always helps make the decision easier.   You may have further questions, some concerns, and even wonder if you might like it when you see it.  What will the quality be like?

Remember... in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Floralbank Design of Carnoustie by firstly contacting me to arrange method of return by post, and refund or exchange.

All our earrings are made for pierced ears, however if you prefer clips, please get in touch, we offer a range of silver plate, solid sterling silver, gold plate and solid gold earrings, clip or pierced.   Please allow additional time for alterations to these items to be made, prior to posting.
